Product Industrialization Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking an entry-level Mechanical NPI Engineer to join our dynamic team responsible for developing and introducing new products to the market. As an NPI Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure the successful launch of new products. You will gain hands-on experience in the design, prototyping, and production of mechanical components, and support the transition from development to production.
Your role:
* You identify, design, implement and validate manufacturing processes, tools and equipment enabling quality and efficiency
* You will be driving make/buy decisions and be involved in supplier selection process
* You are accountable for the process and equipment capability that meets these Requirements
* You orchestrate design for lean manufacturing with accordance to PDLM/MLD inputs
* You work on preparation & release of Mfg. DMR (Work instruction, PFMEA, Process validation documents etc.)
* You take part in defining and implementing process manufacturing utilizing automatic machines (e.g. soldering, Pick & Place, curing, laser cutting)
You're the right fit if you have:
* B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or Practical Engineering degree or equivalent
* Good understanding of production processes
* relevant working experience in manufacturing environment
* Fluent English- writing and verbal
* Strong understanding of technical context and project management
* Strong communication skills.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
This is an onsite role.
