For our Department Digital-Technology, we are looking for an Engineering Manager Hyperautomation (f/m/d). The role is based at our Headquarters in Heidelberg, Germany, and reports to the position Head of Data & AI.
In our versatile Data & AI Team, where we blend classical data analytics and data science methodologies with cutting-edge techniques like GenAI to craft tailored solutions and capabilities. Our Hyperautomation team is dedicated to developing bots using Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and implementing process mining solutions. You will be responsible for guiding a team of RPA and Process Mining Specialists at two locations, Varna(BG) and Brno(CZ). With your in-depth understanding of data analysis, business process improvement, and application of process automation technologies, you will play a major role for driving operational efficiency and leveraging technology advancements for continuous business transformation.
