Corporate Officer Role
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs) from constitution to dissolution. This entails organizing board meetings, drafting minutes, reviewing and creating various documents, as well as collaborating with external parties such as lawyers, banks, and notaries.
For this position, we require an individual with a strong background in corporate governance and a deep understanding of law. They must be highly organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills. Fluency in English is essential.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a fiduciary, PFS, or asset management setting in Germany. They should be comfortable working independently while also being part of a dynamic team environment.
