Role Overview
This key position drives the development and implementation of effective trade marketing strategies for petrol stations, convenience stores, and independent retailers to enhance brand visibility across major retail channels.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading go-to-market plans for new product launches, ensuring compliance with tobacco regulations.
A key member of the Sales and Key Account teams, they will collaborate on designing tailored promotions, planograms, and in-store campaigns to meet business objectives.
Additionally, they will analyze data to track campaign performance, identify trends, and inform future planning and spend optimization.
Staying up-to-date on competitive intelligence will enable them to shape proactive trade responses and contribute to the company's growth and success.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Sales or Marketing
* At least 3 years of experience in FMCG trade marketing
* Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and trade marketing tools. Nielsen/IRI is an asset
