The Loyalty Innovation and Consulting teams monitor and analyze trends, advise on loyalty mechanics and customer journeys, develop tailor-made, innovative loyalty concepts with a customer focus that drive the achievement of sustainability goals and program KPIs.
LPS is part of the American Express Group and operates out of Munich, with clients including Miles & More, PAYBACK, Deutsche Bahn AG, United Airlines and Alaska Airlines.
YOUR TASKS
1. You support the marketing and NewBiz team in strategic projects for well-known customers from the airline and railway sectors
2. You work closely with the Marketing Manager and service providers and support them operationally in the implementation of marketing measures
3. You implement the editorial plan for social media posts and internal communication and create independent content for them
4. You monitor SEO measures and KPIs of digital communication
5. You create and maintain up-to-date content on the company website
6. You plan and organize participation in international conferences and promote them on our social media channels
7. You plan and organize internal events and create content for internal communication
YOUR PROFILE
8. You are studying economics or communication sciences or a comparable course of study and are in the advanced semester or are currently completing a comparable course of study
9. Ideally, you have some work experience from internships in B2B marketing and/or corporate communication
10. You are interested in technical products and innovations
11. You enjoy copywriting, design and communication and ideally already have some experience with image editing and graphics programs
12. You know the common social media key figures and enjoy analyzing them
13. You are creative, committed and work in a structured, independent and results-oriented manner
14. You are a team player and approach others openly
