Responsibilities

* Lead, mentor, and empower a high-impact direct sales team within the healthcare market.
* Expand our market presence strategically by leveraging your established industry network.
* Design, implement, and continuously enhance sales excellence initiatives and best practices.
* Analyze and optimize sales processes to increase efficiency and deliver outstanding results.
* Drive new client acquisition while cultivating and maintaining long-term strategic partnerships.
* Set, monitor, and exceed ambitious sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
* Report key metrics and insights to executive leadership, providing actionable recommendations for growth.


Qualifications

* Executive sales leadership experience in providing digital solutions to the healthcare industry including physicians, pharmacies, laboratories, government and public health agencies, hospitals, insurers, and pharmaceutical companies.
* Outstanding academic background from a top-tier, internationally recognized university.
* Demonstrated success in sales excellence and process optimization.
* Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset combined with a strong hands-on execution style.
* Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Fluent in English and German.
