We are currently seeking an experienced Fiber Optic Engineer (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities Development, design, and prototyping of innovative fiber optic solutions for mobile network and data center applications Creation and maintenance of test plans in accordance with US standards and customer-specific requirements Execution of mechanical, optical, electrical, and thermal testing, including analysis and documentation of results Introduction of new products into series production until final approval Technical support and troubleshooting Technical support during the quotation process, including cost calculations, resource evaluation, and technical feasibility assessments
Your Profile Completed degree in mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable field Very good German and English language skills Experience in the development of fiber optic assemblies Interdisciplinary mindset and strong team orientation Willingness to travel internationally
