What You Will Do
* Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, supporting the fast closing process
* Consolidate financial data from subsidiaries, analyze performance, and ensure alignment with group objectives
* Safeguard compliance with accounting manual and IFRS
* Continuously improve reporting processes and support international subsidiaries in meeting reporting standards
* Manage group-wide intercompany transactions and eliminations
* Contribute to the assessment and implementation of Internal Controls Framework
* Develop and optimize controlling processes, tools and systems for greater efficiency and transparency
* Drive further development of ERP system and controlling instruments (SAP BW/SAC)
* Collaborate effectively with external auditors and other stakeholders
What We Are Seeking
* Degree in economics with a focus on finance and accounting
* Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA or similar) is an advantage
* At least 5 years of relevant professional experience (experience in a Big 4 firm is a plus)
* Solid knowledge of SAP (S/4 Hana desirable)
* Sound knowledge of German and international accounting standards (HGB, IFRS)
* Confident use of MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
* Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
* Independent, reliable and proactive working style
* Experience in multicultural environment
