Your tasks
8. Support with scheduling and coordination, as well as maintaining and updating the project plan.
9. Coordination of milestones with participating teams and projects
10. Operational support for teams and projects in developing project content and ensuring the quality of project documentation
11. Organization of and invitations to regular meetings, workshops and ad-hoc meetings.
12. Creation and distribution of agendas, minutes and action lists, as well as tracking of decisions and to-dos.
13. Maintenance of central project documentation and filing systems
14. Providing relevant information to internal and external stakeholders
15. Support in creating status reports, presentations and decision templates
16. Proactive support in solving ad-hoc challenges and ensuring a consistent flow of communication between all parties involved.
Your profile
17. Experience in a PMO or project assistance role, ideally in the energy sector
18. Solid knowledge of classical and agile project management methods
19. Ideally, experience in complex transformation or roll-out contexts.
20. Confident use of PMO tools, e.g. SharePoint, Teams, Jira, Confluence and Excel
21. Willingness to learn about operational issues
22. Ability to analyze and transparently present complex dependencies and risks
23. Structured, proactive work style and organizational talent
24. Communication skills and resilience
25. Working time model: 38 hours/week
