ZIB is the central IT service provider for the Lower Saxony judiciary and is responsible for a modern IT infrastructure with approximately 23,500 clients. In addition, our 400 colleagues run numerous digitization projects for a modern judiciary.
We are offering two three-year
dual study places integrated with training for the following program, starting on September 1, 2026
* Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Business Informatics in a dual study program (m/f/d) together with the IHK final examination to become an IT specialist in application development (m/f/d) (training location includes Wildeshausen) The study place is assigned to the Higher Regional Court of Oldenburg in terms of personnel law. Or IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) (training location includes Celle) The study place is assigned to the Higher Regional Court of Celle in terms of personnel law.
* Do you have a university entrance qualification in accordance with the Lower Saxony Higher Education Act (NHG) and are you interested in a dual study program with the central IT service provider for the Lower Saxony judiciary? * We offer an attractive study program at Leibniz University of Applied Sciences in Hanover, including the IHK final examination, as well as attractive and varied practical phases at various locations in Lower Saxony (including Hanover, Celle, Oldenburg, Wildeshausen) with the prospect of subsequent employment.

* Tuition fees in accordance with TVdS-L (currently EUR 1,236.82 in the first year of training, plus a EUR 150.00 study allowance)
