As a Fund Operations Manager, you'll oversee the operational aspects of investment structures, ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners. You'll also contribute to the ongoing development and optimization of operational processes across the organization. Key Responsibilities Act as the primary operational contact for assigned investment vehicles and mandates. Support portfolio and transaction teams during property acquisitions and disposals. Coordinate with external service providers on entity administration and regulatory matters. Manage the setup of legal entities, director appointments, and banking arrangements. Facilitate annual audits across fund structures. Administer capital-related activities such as distributions, capital changes, shareholder loans, and withdrawals. Review and manage documentation including reports, resolutions, and meeting minutes. Serve as a liaison between internal departments (e.g., Accounting, Asset Management, Transactions) and external stakeholders. Drive improvements in operational workflows and systems. Maintain accurate records and manage internal data repositories. Candidate Profile You are a proactive and organized professional with a solid understanding of fund operations. You thrive in complex, multi-currency environments and are skilled at managing diverse stakeholder relationships. Ideal candidates will have: A degree in business, finance, economics, law, or real estate. Experience in fund operations or investment management, preferably within the real estate sector.
