We are currently looking for an experienced professional to fill the following role:
Job Description
Client Experience Champion
The ideal candidate will be responsible for championing an enhanced client experience across supported locations by proactively identifying and resolving operational issues. This includes maintaining key performance metrics related to service quality, efficiency, and customer experience to drive continuous improvement and client productivity.
* Proactively identify and resolve operational issues to improve client experience.
* Maintain key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
* Ensure compliance with organizational standards and guidelines.
* Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure transparency and timely dissemination of critical information.
* Handle client escalations in a timely and effective manner.
Required Skills and Qualifications
The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:
* A bachelor's degree in information technology, business administration, or a related field.
* 2+ years relevant experience as a service delivery manager, project manager, or business analyst.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to work well in a geographically dispersed, virtual team environment.
* Positive and professional attitude.
