Responsibilities
* Client Understanding: Back office support only. Taking over general administrative tasks.
* Expert Support: Provide online support for specific cases
* Business Impact: Play a crucial role in helping achieve the company’s business targets.
* Customer Satisfaction: Achieving and ensuring the quality standards.
Qualifications
* Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) and a minimum B2 of English
* Valid work permit for Germany or EU citizenship
* Availability to complete up to 4 weeks full time training.
* Affinity with back office services
* Reliable and efficient way of working
* Goal-oriented approach to work
