Job Description
Start date:
Duration: 12 24 Months
Working hours: 20 h/week, up to 37,5h/week during lecture free period possible
You'll support the Operations Governance Team with the following tasks:
1. Supporting QA sensory experts to execute product compliance activities (sensory, FFU, legal compliance and benchmarking checks)
2. Supporting to manage the sensory facilities kitchen, storage room and sensory rooms
3. Maintain quality database/ specification database
4. Supporting on reporting/ admin tasks QA Master data and digital tools (MQuality / EyeQuestion)
5. Cross-check and validation of data between different internal systems
6. Data collection and analysis with the use of Microsoft Excel / internal IT solutions
7. Development and maintenance of training materials
8. Support in updating QA documents / procedures
Qualifications
9. Enrolled student or PhD student in food science, food chemistry, nutrition sciences or food technology
10. Computer experienced (MSOffice, especially Excel)
11. Experience in Product Analysis and Sensory analysis
12. Ability to work on multiple projects at one time, flexible and detail oriented
13. Self-directed with ability to ask questions, investigate, and follow-up
14. Team orientation
15. Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
