HR Manager (Permanent) - Frankfurt

This organisation plays a critical role in supporting the development of life-changing treatments by working with some of the world’s most prominent pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies. With a strong global presence and a workforce of tens of thousands, they are known for delivering cutting-edge clinical research solutions and driving progress in highly regulated, fast-paced environments.
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support a significant employee population across Germany and Switzerland (circa 1,500 employees). This is a senior-level role focused on managing complex HR matters and partnering closely with executive leadership, including the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO).
A hybrid working model is supported, with occasional on-site presence required depending on business needs, around 1-2 days per month.
Provide expert guidance on compensation structures, salary frameworks, and benefits
Collaborate closely with senior leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives
Ensure compliance with local labour laws and regulations
Proven experience in a senior HR role within a large, international organisation
Strong background managing HR for sizeable employee populations (ideally 1,000+ employees)
Demonstrated expertise in complex employee relations and strategic HR initiatives
Experience working in a global environment is highly desirable
In-depth knowledge of German labour law and Works Council processes is essential
