Job Description
Core responsibilities of the Social Responsibility Student Worker:
* Program Support:
Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives and events, with a strong focus on playful learning, as well as supporting employee volunteer programs and community engagement activities.
* Communications and Reporting:
Help to draft content for internal and external CSR communications. Continuously track and report on the impact of social responsibility programs .
* Data Collection and Management:
Collect, manage, and analyze data related to CSR programs and sustainability metrics, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
* Stakeholder Engagement:
Support coordination with nonprofit partners, community groups, and other stakeholders, and assist in addressing inquiries related to CSR efforts.
* Event Planning and Facilitation:
Support the planning and execution of both employee-focused and child-centered events, contributing to the creation of engaging and inclusive playful learning experiences aligned with CSR objectives.
* Administrative and Logistical Tasks:
Provide general administrative support to the CSR team, contribute to the quarterly product donation process, and help prepare presentations, meeting agendas, and summary reports.
Profile & Skills
* Advanced studies in Business Administration or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on CSR, sustainability, communications, marketing, or social impact.
* Initial experience in CSR, community engagement, marketing, communications, or sales is an advantage.
* Fluent German (C2 level or native) and very good professional English skills, both written and spoken, are required to work effectively within an EMEA team and global interfaces.
* Strong proficiency in MS Office and confidence in preparing presentations, reports, and data tracking.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
* A proven team player with an open-minded and collaborative attitude, knowing that the best results are achieved together.
* A hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented mindset, combined with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and reliably.
* High level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a structured, careful way of working.
* Fast learner with flexibility, curiosity, and initiative, eager to grow in the field of CSR and community engagement.
* Experience in event coordination or volunteering programs is a plus.
* A strong passion for social and sustainable impact, with genuine interest in making a positive difference for children, families, and communities.
