Your responsibilities
1. Support the Digital Transformation team in small-scale process automations and tooling using Python (e.g., scripts, utilities, prototypes for recurring tasks)
2. Build and improve lightweight data workflows (e.g., extracting, transforming, validating data; automating handovers)
3. Support integration with “near” technologies (e.g., basic SQL queries, files/APIs where helpful)
4. Work very closely with the business function (Business Controlling) and internal stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into pragmatic automation solutions
5. Apply data analysis to validate automation results and support improvements (e.g., plausibility checks, exceptions, trends)
Your profile
6. Enrolled student (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data/Analytics, Engineering or similar)
7. Hands-on experience with Python (university projects, internships, personal projects are fine)
8. Interest in automation and data; first touchpoints with SQL are a plus
9. Good analytical skills / data analysis skills are helpful (e.g., interpreting datasets, validating results)
10. Structured, self-motivated and proactive way of working; able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders
11. Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus)
