* As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for delivering 1st and 2nd level support, as well as Linux administration.
* For 1st level support, your tasks will include processing IT support requests, supporting Windows clients, and assisting with simple server tasks.
* For 2nd level support, you will solve more complex IT problems, administer Windows clients and servers, and perform basic work on firewalls and switches.
* Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on Linux systems, mainly Debian, and support virtualization environments.
We are looking for someone with sound knowledge of Windows client and server operating systems, experience with firewalls and network technologies, and solution-oriented mindset.
The ideal candidate is fluent in German, has excellent communication skills, and can work independently in a team environment.
