What this role is about
Take the lead in connecting logistics operations with digital systems.
Design smart, scalable tools across our own footprint in Germany, Africa, and new countries to come.
And most importantly: make things happen.
Your tasks
• Drive digitalisation and automation in freight forwarding
• Integrate systems like CargoSoft, DATEV, Monday.com, and AI tools
• Develop system architecture for HQ and international branches
• Build digital client solutions (tracking, reporting, APIs)
• Support AI-based sales tools and CRM processes
• Lead international rollouts and tool harmonisation
• Work closely with ownership and executive leadership
Your profile
• Background in logistics or freight forwarding
• Strong interest in systems, automation, and AI
• Experience with TMS/CRM tools is a plus
• Structured, hands-on, results-oriented
• German and English fluency
