In our team youwill be responsible for managing and maintaining the configuration control processes for the maintenance, evolution, and development of the Galileo Ground Control Segment (GCS). You will ensure that all changes are properly documented, tracked, and implemented in accordance with industry standards and company policies.
Your main tasks will be:
1. Develop and maintain configuration management plans, policies, and procedures.
2. Manage version control systems, including Git repositories, to track changes and maintain the integrity of software and hardware configurations across the different instances on-site at the Control Centers and on our factory Continuous Integration platforms.
3. Collaborate with development and maintenance teams to ensure proper implementation of configuration changes on production currently operating the Galileo Constellation.
4. Perform audits and reviews to ensure compliance with configuration management standards.
5. Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues.
6. Provide training and support to team members on configuration management tools and processes.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?
We are looking for graduates in Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science or a related field with background and interest in configuration control processes.
