As a Lead Facilities Maint Tech here at Honeywell, you will have the crucial role of leading a seamless operation and upkeep of our organization's physical facilities. Your role encompasses both maintenance and engineering expertise, ensuring that facilities remain well-maintained, safe, and energy-efficient while optimizing operational processes. Your strategic planning, technology utilization, and attention to detail will not only enhance the longevity of our facilities assets but also minimize operational costs and environmental impact. In this role, you will impact our manufacturing equipment and/or building systems and components by providing technical support and expertise. Your deep understanding of operating principles and processes will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our manufacturing operations. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will directly impact the success of our business by ensuring that our facilities and equipment are operating at their best. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of maintenance staff, including technicians and custodial workers, to ensure efficient and effective operations Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to ensure that facilities are wellmaintained, compliant with regulations, and operate at peak efficiency Conduct regular inspections and quality assessments to ensure that maintenance work meets established standards and that issues are promptly addressed Collaborate with other departments, senior management, and stakeholders to understand their facility needs and communicate maintenance updates and plans Oversee the execution of facilities planning, repairs, routine maintenance, and store functions within Honeywell YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of 5 years of experience in facilities maintenance engineering Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment Proven leadership and management skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects Experience with budget management WE VALUE Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field Strong leadership and decision-making skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives Honeywell helps organizations solve the world's most complex challenges in automation, the future of aviation and energy transition.
