In May 2023, the name was changed to Kleinanzeigen.Kleinanzeigen is part of Adevinta: a global online classifieds specialist and sustainability leader with 25+ products in 10 countries.What You'll Do & Who You AreAsExecutive Assistant, Kleinanzeigen (d/f/m), you'll be a trusted partner to the CEO and a key operations support for the Management Team and Chief of Staff.We're looking for a proactive and organized person who thrives in ambiguity and drives clarity and impact across the leadership team. This is a high-trust, high-impact role that blends calendar and workflow management with strategic coordination and operational follow-through.What You'll DoCEO & Leadership SupportAct as the right hand to the CEO — managing priorities, anticipating needs, and ensuring effective time allocation aligned with business goalsSupport the Management Team and Chief of Staff with scheduling, agenda setting, and coordinationServe as a reliable gatekeeper — resolving scheduling conflicts and ensuring smooth day-to-day flowCalendar & Meeting OperationsOwn and manage calendars for the CEO and Management TeamPlan and coordinate executive meetings, workshops, and eventsPrepare agendas, document decisions, and follow up on action itemsSupport annual planning of internal cadences, governance meetings, and company eventsTravel & LogisticsCoordinate travel arrangements (flights, accommodation, itineraries)Prepare travel documentation and expense reportsSupport logistics for offsites and executive eventsInternal Collaboration & AdminLiaise with internal teams (HR, IT, Finance) to ensure executive supportAssist with onboarding of new executives and hosting of visitors or partnersProvide operational support to the Chief of Staff across internal comms, office culture, and workplace managementContribute ideas to improve leadership workflows and executive enablementWho You Are5–8 years of experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in tech or high-growth environmentsProactive, self-driven, and comfortable navigating dynamic and fast-paced settingsExcellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skillsHigh discretion, emotional intelligence, and professionalism — you know when to listen, when to challenge, and when to actFluent in English; German is a strong plusStrong proficiency in Google Workspace and experience with modern collaboration & productivity tools (incl.
