Qualifications With a higher education degree, ideally in French civil engineering (or an equivalent qualification in Europe), you have at least 10 years of management and sales experience in the construction or real‑estate sectors. You have strong experience in—and a taste for—multicultural management. You understand and value the demands of international groups.
