Director of Service Operations
The Director of Service Operations will develop and propose medium-term strategies with subsidiary CEOs after approval by the Management Committee.
* Represent stakeholder interests and ensure compliance with local governance standards.
* Define objectives for Managing Directors, supervise and align subsidiary CEOs with group strategy.
* Responsible for validating budgets (EBITDA, HR, Capex, Opex) and strategic orientations of subsidiaries to ensure alignment with group priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leadership and Governance: Ensure effective leadership and guidance of subsidiary CEOs to achieve business objectives.
* Strategy Development: Develop and implement medium-term plans, budgets, and related strategies in consultation with subsidiary CEOs and the Management Committee.
* Budget Validation: Validate budgets for subsidiaries to ensure alignment with group priorities and strategic orientations.
