About the Role
* You will spearhead architectural and real estate management activities, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.
* Oversee construction permits, communicate with authorities, and manage building-related risks.
* Drive data-driven decision making through monitoring design progress and identifying potential schedule constraints.
Key Responsibilities
* System Ownership & Optimization: Manage office and general infrastructure design topics, collaborating with contractors and stakeholders.
* Technical Expertise: Ensure adherence to local building codes and regulations, managing permits and communicating with authorities.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor consultant progress and identify potential risks based on construction schedule requirements.
* Project Involvement: Plan, allocate, and monitor schedules, resources, and construction material selection processes.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
* Familiarity with project scheduling software (Microsoft Project), graphic software (AutoCAD), and BIM software (Revit).
* At least 5 years of experience in CSA engineering or a related field.
* In-depth understanding of German and international building regulations and construction sequences.
