* Career changers (m/f/d) with commercial training and IT experience are also welcome

Your job
* Analyzing and solving IT problems by phone, remote connection and on site
* Processing tickets and escalation to the manufacturer if necessary
* Documentation of procedures and processes in the ticket system
* Support and maintenance of client and server systems from the Microsoft environment
* Support in expanding the customer's IT infrastructure
