Your Role Accountabilities

1. Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR tasks across WBD Germany and the P&C GSA team
2. Assist with onboarding, hiring, and offboarding processes for temporary employees and interns.
3. Support the People Partner team with basic project management tasks related to performance management, workforce planning, headcount and position management, compliance-related matters, employee relations, compensation, internal mobility, staff retention, talent acquisition, talent and team development and compliance
4. Work closely with the HR Services Team on tasks such as e-contracts, changes to terms and conditions of employment, letters of recommendation e.g.
5. Gain insights into P&C Partner initiatives such as, organization design & integration, talent management, employee development, succession planning, and performance management to get a deeper understanding of the general P&C work.
6. Assisting P&C team with reporting, meetings and travel arrangements
7. Other HR-related activities, as assigned

Skills & Qualifications:

8. Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken - THIS IS A MUST
9. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
10. Organizational skills and a good track record of multi-tasking and prioritizing a workload
11. Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of numerical data and high attention to detail
12. Discreet and diplomatic, with a strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality in all HR-related matters.
13. Enthusiastic and motivated team player with a proactive approach to supporting colleagues and contributing to shared goals.
