The Creative Producer & AI Enablement role ensures that our marketing teams deliver high-quality, scalable creative assets with unprecedented speed and efficiency. This position bridges the critical gap between strategy and execution: while our Digital and Brand teams provide the briefing and campaign direction, you will take full ownership of production, operational workflows, and the leveraging of AI to scale our creative output.
By centralizing production expertise and introducing AI-driven methods, you will free up capacity for the marketing team and build a future-ready foundation for our creative operations.
What you’ll do
* Process Ownership & Workflow Execution: You independently own the end-to-end production process. You translate campaign briefs into concrete production workflows to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of assets.
* Operational Lead: This is a standalone role where you act as the central operational hub for creative execution, serving as the primary counterpart to brand and digital leads to validate briefs and remove inefficiencies.
* Operational Partnership: Act as the operational counterpart to brand and digital leads, validating briefs for feasibility and removing technical inefficiencies.
* Vendor Management: Manage contracts, negotiations, and coordination with external vendors and agencies when specialized production is required.
* Quality Oversight: Maintain autonomous oversight of timelines, budgets, and high-quality standards throughout the production lifecycle.
* Generative AI Implementation: Implement and master generative AI tools to accelerate the production of images, video, and copy.
* Advanced Prompting: Apply expert prompt engineering to generate high-quality, on-brand creative outputs that meet mid and lower-funnel objectives.
* Pilot Technologies: Explore and pilot emerging tech such as digital twins, AI-driven personalization, and automated creative testing.
* Best Practices & Training: Develop standardized AI workflows and train team members to democratize AI adoption while ensuring brand compliance.
* Strategic Alignment: Work closely with digital and brand teams to ensure production outputs align perfectly with strategic business objectives.
* Data-Driven Iteration: Partner with data and performance teams to ensure assets are measurable and optimized for maximum impact.
What we are looking for:
* 3+ years of experience as a Creative Producer or marketing operations within fast-moving, consumer-facing industries
* Hands-on knowledge of generative AI tools for creative work (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, Claude/ChatGPT).
* Knowledge of modern trends and technologies in video production, particularly in AI and video editing
* Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and vendor relationships
* A strong communicator who can act as a "sparring partner" for strategy teams, validating feasibility and providing creative alternatives
* You are fully fluent in German and English
