Description As Social Media and Marketing Specialist, you will manage social media platforms, update regional websites, and create regional articles and official newsletters. This position involves planning, content creation/design, managing a content calendar, performing SEO and analytics reporting, using AgoraPulse software, and collaborating with other regional and global Marcom team members. Please note: This position can be fulfilled as a supported/sponsored missionary role (not a direct‑hire opportunity). The approved candidate would need to develop a team of partners to provide financial support for their full salary and benefits. Duties / Responsibilities Create and implement a social media strategy. Navigate the Internet, TWR SharePoint sites and other sources to obtain and utilize available information. Manage TWR Europe’s Facebook, Instagram and X accounts. Plan, design, and schedule social media posts using Adobe tools & AgoraPulse. Manage relationships with social media followers and subscribers. Stay up‑to‑date on best practices and trends for digital media content. Collaborate with national partners and the Global social media team for cross‑promotion and postings. Collaborate with national partners to highlight their ministry website management/assistance. Assist in managing the Europe and CAMENA regional websites. Work with writers to publish articles on the web. Create landing pages for websites. Assist with photography at events or trips for internal photo archive/usage (optional). Edit and distribute photos. Select photos from stock websites for postings. Qualifications and Core Competencies Bachelor’s Degree in digital marketing or a related field; equivalent relevant experience. Commitment to Jesus Christ as evidenced by a personal relationship. Active member of an Evangelical/Protestant church and understanding of mission in community with other believers. Commitment to TWR Mission and Calling statements, Core Values, and Statement of Faith. Understanding of and commitment to global and integrated work in TWR. Experience in social media management software. Ability to independently manage several projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Independent worker who is also an engaging team collaborator. Willingness to be flexible and adapt to changes. Well organized and attentive to detail. Strong self‑awareness and cultural sensitivity within diverse international teams.
