Description
Key tasks and responsibilities include:
1. Modelling and valuation: build and update valuation models and business plans for corporate finance and restructuring transactions (including DCF, comparable companies, precedent transactions, etc).
2. Preparation of marketing documents
3. Preparation of client presentations, pitch books, information memorandums and data rooms
4. Internet and database research on various sectors and prospects
5. Preparation of financial analysis and business planning
