We're a small, highly skilled team managing and evolving complex Google Cloud infrastructures for modern, multi-tenant applications. Our focus is on building secure, reliable, and scalable cloud environments — and we're looking for another expert to join us.
What you'll do
Design, deploy, and operate Google Cloud environments using Terraform and Infrastructure-as-Code principles.
Build, secure, and maintain Kubernetes (GKE) clusters and automation workflows.
Develop and refine CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and compliance-ready configurations.
Collaborate closely with developers and stakeholders to create architectures that balance performance, security, and cost efficiency.
Explore and implement new tools and approaches in DevOps, observability, and cloud security.
What we're looking for
Experience as a Google Cloud Architect, DevOps Engineer, or Cloud Infrastructure Engineer.
Solid understanding of GCP core services (Compute, VPC, Cloud SQL, IAM, Cloud Storage, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (GKE) and Terraform.
Familiarity with CI/CD systems (e.g. GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, CircleCI) and automation best practices.
A development background (ideally with Ruby on Rails or TypeScript) is highly valued — we believe great infrastructure engineers understand software deeply.
Interest in cloud security and compliance (IAM, networking, DORA, or ISO-regulated setups).
A collaborative mindset and curiosity to learn continually.
Very good communication skills in German and English
