You’ll play a pivotal role in growing our presence within the footwear and fashion industries through nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service. You’ll thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment that values initiative and ongoing development. Location: North Germany Responsibilities Manage, develop and be accountable for the sales of existing customers and accounts within your region. Plan and prospect new business opportunities that are aligned to FitFlop's brand guidelines and growth strategy. Contact new and existing customers and buyers to sell‑in FitFlop footwear both in‑season and for upcoming seasons. Work autonomously and be self‑sufficient when planning your week with meetings with new and existing customers. Ownership of all your own administration as is required to be successful in your role. Work collaboratively with internal teams such as DACH Sales, Customer Service and Credit Control to ensure that existing customer orders are successfully fulfilled. Work with our Trade Marketing Team on the activation of in-store events and visual merchandising. The Person A confident self‑starter who is driven by excellent customer service and sales. An entrepreneurial mindset—this position is remote and you are responsible for scheduling your own customer meetings with existing and new accounts. A team player—you'll be comfortable working with internal teams in finance, supply chain and marketing to achieve success. Numbers driven and analytical, comfortable reporting on accounts and forecasting future sales. Experience in a related industry will be beneficial, such as footwear or apparel. Fluent in German and English is essential. Full and valid driver’s license for Germany is required.
