You'll define the governance framework, drive new ways of working, and sit at the intersection of vendor management, category, marketing, pricing, product, and finance. You'll have a direct line to commercial leadership and the mandate to reshape how promotions work here.

Cross-functional alignment with Vendor Management, Category, CRM, Marketing, and Finance - you're the connective tissue that makes promo spend coherent
Validation, execution, and compliance processes - ensuring operational excellence doesn't lag behind strategic vision
A team of promotion experts, with the explicit goal of scaling into a best-in-class Center of Excellence for Promotions
You've spent 10+ years within e-commerce, revenue management, or commercial strategy - likely in pricing or promotional efficiency or analytics
You understand how CRM, paid media, and digital marketing levers interact with promotions
You are able to navigate across data and leverage analytics to make decisions - SQL a plus
You are a confident operator in ambiguity - responding effectively to multiple directions, stakeholder needs and a dynamic and international environment
You are fluent in English - German a plus
