For a successful optician with numerous locations we are looking for several customer service agents (m/f/d) for order management and customer service and payment procedures. What you will do in this customer service role:
* Order Management
* Payment processing
* Giving advice on technical resilience and care (e.g. sports glasses)
* Customer Master Data Management (e.g., address, bank details)
* If necessary, complaint processing
