We are looking for a Vice President Project Delivery (m/f/d) for our Regional Business Unit Data Center (RBU DTC).In this senior leadership role, you will have full responsibility for the operational execution and project performance across the Central & Western European region (Germany, France, Italy).
You will ensure the consistent, high-quality delivery of world-class data center projects by aligning internal resources and execution strategy with customer expectations. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing Exyte's competitiveness through optimized delivery models, strong leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
* Drive the safe, on-time, and on-budget delivery of all RBU DTC projects to the highest quality standards
* Own and optimize project execution strategies, including Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and Design-Build delivery models
* Ensure full scope, cost, and resource alignment from proposal through to project handover
* Lead operational reviews, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives
* Foster seamless collaboration between Global and Regional Business Units for project excellence
* Ensure compliance with Exyte's HSE standards and promote a strong safety culture
* Serve as the final authority for operational capacity, project staffing, and risk mitigation
* Guide, coach, and develop project delivery teams to strengthen capabilities and performance
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
* 10+ years of experience in EPC project execution, ideally in Data Centers or related industries (e.g., infrastructure, life sciences, oil & gas)
* Proven expertise in project delivery methodologies, commercial terms, and operational excellence
* Strong leadership in managing cross-functional and cross-cultural project teams
* Demonstrated success in customer engagement, contract negotiations, and issue resolution
* Skilled in driving performance through KPIs, systems (MMS/TMS), and innovation (e.g., Offsite Manufacturing)
* Ability to effectively communicate complex issues to a wide range of stakeholders in English; additional languages (e.g., German, French) are an advantage
* Very competitive remuneration package and various benefits depending on your office location
* Flexibility on your home base France, Germany or Italy (25%-40% of travel is expected)
