Responsibilities:
* Manage cost and commercial aspects of large-scale data center construction projects
* Prepare, review, and manage tenders, contracts, and variations
* Conduct cost analysis, forecasting, and value engineering
* Oversee subcontractor management, procurement, and payments
* Ensure projects are delivered within budget and to financial targets
* Work closely with project managers and directors to ensure commercial success
Skills/Must have:
* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in construction or industrial projects
* Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
* Data center or fast-track project experience advantageous
* EU Citizenship
* Fluent English (German language a bonus!)
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident in fast-moving environments
