About the Role You will be part of our newly formed Global collections team servicing 23 countries across the world chasing outstanding invoices. Main Responsibilities: Making chase calls to customers. Sending chase emails to customers. Sending out monthly statements. Manage the dunning process. Supporting customer success with putting accounts on stop. Required Qualifications and Experience: Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a collections role. Required Skills and Competencies: Fluent German and English speaking Ability to time manage and prioritize. Ability to work with a segregated team in different time zones. Use of Microsoft Office including Excel, Teams and PowerPoint. Attention to detail. Service oriented. Excellent written/communication skills.
