Service Sales Professional
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Sales Professional to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling service products that meet the needs of our customers, while supporting dealers in building their sales pipeline and assisting service partners and customers with service and maintenance contracts, as well as active parts sales.
Main Responsibilities:
* Drive revenue growth in services through targeted sales and support strategies.
* Utilize installed base data to identify new business opportunities and expand our customer base.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, service partners, and customers to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive service network performance and align campaigns and performance measurements.
* Audit dealers and service providers to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
