* Promote business opportunities with new B2B clients on the vending segment (offices, education, healthcare, transportation, etc.).
* Create tailored commercial proposals aligned with the specific needs of each site (traffic flow, schedules, user profiles).
* Participate in responding to tender offers or private consultations.
* Maintain active competitive intelligence on vending innovations.
Client Retention and Support
* Nurture and develop an existing portfolio of clients.
* Monitor client satisfaction through regular visits, reporting, and incident resolution.
Technical Support and Deployment Coordination
* Understand and present the technical specifics of vending machines (operation, connectivity, options).
* Serve as the interface between clients and internal technical teams during installation or maintenance phases.
* Report issues from the field and propose corrective or evolutionary solutions.
Qualifications
Key Skills and Qualifications
* Degree in Commerce or a Technical Field (Bachelor's degree minimum).
* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in vending, food service, facilities management, or technical equipment sectors.
* Pronounced interest in connected solutions, vending machines, and digital services.
* Ability to build long-lasting relationships with clients and negotiate effectively.
* Proficiency in French and English, with proficiency in German or Luxembourgish being an asset depending on the sector involved.
