Proclinical is seeking a Key Account Manager to join our team in the Ulm/Augsburg region. In this role, you will focus on maximizing the potential and utilization of products within your territory. You will engage with healthcare professionals, including gynecologists, oncologists, and pathologists, to drive sales and build strong customer relationships. This position requires a proactive, self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about working with complex medical products.
Essential Duties
include but are not limited to the following:
1. Drive sales and achieve sales goals in assigned territory.
2. Manage and grow business in existing and new accounts.
3. Build and develop customer contacts and serve customer networks.
4. Give presentations on the product at a local level, attend relevant conferences/events.
5. Drive standalone meetings as well as workshop meetings.
6. Attend regular training on the product(s).
7. Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written) at all levels of the organization.
8. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
9. Self-starter, autonomous, entrepreneurial and solution-oriented team player.
10. Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.
11. Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.
12. Regular and reliable attendance.
13. Ability to work on a mobile device, tablet, or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 20% of a typical working day.
14. Ability to travel to relevant accounts up 100% of a typical working day.
15. Ability to travel 100% of working time away from work location, may include overnight/weekend travel.
Minimum Qualifications
16. Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
17. 5+ years of sales experience with a strong record of success promoting complex products in specialty care or oncology/diagnostics.
18. Proven key account management, selling skills and strong customer focus.
19. Excellent understanding of cancer care in Germany in hospital and reimbursement setting.
20. Demonstrated ability to perform the Essential Duties of the position with or without accommodation.
Preferred Qualifications
21. Marketing, managed care or team leader experiences.
22. Communication skills in English.
