The Role You will develop and integrate the mission systems that give the CA-1 Europa its ability to see, communicate, and operate autonomously. Your work will go from the lab bench to the flight line. Concretely, that means: Developing and integrating ISR systems - EO/IR sensors, radar, data links, and mission computers. Designing airborne and ground system architectures that work under real operational conditions. Running lab, ground, and flight tests until the systems perform flawlessly. Ensuring real-time data flow between aircraft and ground stations is fast and reliable. Keeping everything compliant with aviation safety and regulatory standards. Getting your hands dirty troubleshooting hardware and software issues — in the lab and on the ramp. What You Bring Degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or similar. Experience with aviation systems, avionics, or software-based mission systems. Strong problem-solving skills in both development and operational settings. A preference for doing over discussing. Bonus: familiarity with systems engineering, avionics standards (DO-178C, DO-254, MIL-STD), or certification processes. What We Offer Your systems will fly on real aircraft.
