Your mission
1. Proactively identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities by acquiring new customers (hunting) and developing existing ones (farming).
2. Drive growth in revenue and margin by leveraging our complete portfolio.
3. Identify and understand customer & stakeholder needs and effectively communicate how our portfolio will meet those needs.
4. Influence strategic direction and buying decisions; be your customers advocate.
5. Work transversally with all business units to enhance collaboration and business opportunities.
6. Engage with partners and suppliers in your territory to create synergies and increase opportunity pipeline.
7. Efficiently manage all aspects of your territory’s sustainable success.
8. Forecast and report accurately using our CRM system.
9. Maintaining and optimizing relationships with current and future customers.
10. Representing aDvens at local/international lead and demand generation events and conferences.
11. Increase the aDvens brand awareness and spread the aDvens values.
