As a Customer Service Manager (m/f/d), you will play a key role in contributing to our continued success. Your Role You will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to our client. Your tasks will include: Handling client inquiries and complaints via phone and email Providing clients with information about our products and services Supporting clients with technical aspects of our trading platform Ensuring accurate documentation and data management Please note : This role does not involve sales or cold calling — clients contact you directly. If you are a good communicator and enjoy building relationships, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
