We are seeking a highly skilled technical specialist to join our team. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for advising customers on system and process engineering issues.
* You will work closely with customers to resolve technical problems and provide hands-on support to ensure they can use systems efficiently.
* Prevent production interruptions by implementing preventive maintenance measures, managing spare-part inventories, and driving modernization initiatives.
* You will inspect and record safety-critical installations, ensuring all documentation meets relevant standards.
* Assist with service order workflows by providing technical input for quotations and proposals.
* Commission equipment on-site and guarantee reliable, trouble-free operation at customer locations.
