What You'll Be Doing
You'll be the first point of contact for our German-speaking customers, helping them with their questions and resolving any issues quickly and effectively. You'll communicate primarily in German, using the phone, email, and chat. You will also use English for internal documentation and communication.
Who We're Looking For
* German Fluency is Essential: You must be fluent (C1/C2 level) in German.
* English Proficiency: A good working knowledge of English (B2 level minimum) is required.
* Experience (Nice to Have): Previous experience in customer service is a plus, but not mandatory. We provide full training!
* Eligibility to Work: You must hold an EU Citizenship, a valid Refugee Card, or a Residency Card that is valid for over one year.
Schedule and Benefits
Work Schedule
* Days: Monday to Friday (weekends are always off!)
* Shifts: Rotational shifts scheduled between 06:00 and 22:00.
* Early Shift Support: If your shift starts at 06:00, we'll cover your commute with an Uber reimbursement up to €25.00.
* Equipment: All necessary work equipment will be provided.
