Let's have a peak at what your main responsibilities will look like: Supporting our colleagues in the technical hotline and ticketing system. Providing answers to customers about our technical products (answering questions to our customers regarding our PV products and PV inverters etc.). Supporting in creating FAQs, online courses, tutorials as well as recording and documenting for the related regions. Provide technical support on remote basis. Provide operation and maintenance support through the Sungrow cloud platform. Your profile You are a graduate at a university for one of the following disciplines: Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Mechatronics or a related field. You are living in Munich or Munich area. You could work 40 hours/week as an intern. Structured and autonomous way of working. Service orientation and eagerness to learn new technical things. Fluent German (C1) and English skills (min. B2) are a must have. Communication with our clients will be in German and English. Other language skills are an advantage.
