In a nutshell As a Digital Workspace Lead DE, you will take on a key role within our German Digital Workspace team, driving the stability, performance, and scalability of our local IT operations. You’ll combine hands-on technical expertise with leadership and strategic thinking to ensure that our offices and infrastructure run smoothly—supporting our teams in doing their best work every day. You’ll lead a small but dedicated team, guiding technology decisions, fostering a culture of ownership and growth, and continuously improving our processes. From setting up new locations, to managing hardware and software across our German sites, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring our digital workspace remains reliable, secure, and future-ready. Whether it's refining IT workflows, rolling out new tools, or responding quickly to infrastructure challenges, you’ll play a crucial role in keeping our operations resilient and efficient. Tricks of the trade Ownership: Lead by example by setting clear goals, fostering independence, and building a strong culture of accountability within the Digital Workspace DE team Impact: Drive the growth and maturity of the local IT function by improving team structure, closing process gaps, and ensuring consistently high-quality IT support Problem-Solving: Provide technical guidance and hands-on support to help unblock the team on complex operational and technical challenges Mentorship: Conduct 1:1s and yearly performance reviews in collaboration with your manager and HR, while coaching team members to grow their skills and ownership.
