About the Job
We're building something extraordinary — a new lead generation business unit that has successfully launched and is now ready to scale. As our Head of Lead Generation, you’ll take full ownership and develop it from a proven MVP into a consistently profitable operation within your first year.
You’ll be the architect of our lead generation business unit, the leader of a growing team, and a key voice at the management table. Reporting directly to the CEO with complete P&L responsibility, you'll have a clear opportunity to lay the groundwork for a future CXO role while creating meaningful commercial impact from day one.
This is what you'll do
* Own and optimize the full lead generation funnel from traffic acquisition to lead monetization
* Lead data-driven funnel analysis and drive CRO initiatives to maximize lead quality and conversion rates
* Lead a high-performing team (Sales & Paid Marketing) by setting clear priorities, driving accountability, enabling growth, and using OKRs and feedback to align on goals
* Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and CEO on strategic priorities
* Optimize key processes and workflows within the business unit
* Act as project lead for go-lives of new lead generation verticals
* Use data to inform strategic decisions and continuously improve key metrics
This is what you’ve got
* Proven success in digital performance marketing, growth, and full-funnel ownership.
* Leadership experience managing small teams or cross-functional squads, with a strong focus on accountability and development
* Deep analytical skills and comfort with funnels, KPIs, and ROI-driven decision making
* Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM, and landing page optimization
* Fluent in German and English (C1+), confident communicator who aligns and challenges stakeholders
* Comfortable giving and receiving direct feedback and holding teams to high standards
* Self-motivated builder mindset who thrives in ambiguity and manages independently
* Results-driven, resourceful, and adaptable — able to maintain momentum amid change
