Your responsibilities
* Regulatory Guidance:
o Translate regulatory reporting changes (EMIR, REMIT II, MiFID changes) into concrete actions regarding data requirements and system impacts
o Analyse field-level changes and their downstream effects
o Analyse and improve regulatory reporting processes and system workflows
o Act as functional bridge between regulatory requirements and IT implementation
o Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders e.g.: traders, operations, IT, and compliance teams etc.
o Support enhancements to internal reporting systems and interfaces to Trade Repository
o Support regulatory change initiatives and remediation activities
o Drive standardization and automation where possible
o Maintain transparency around regulatory logic and implementation decisions
* Collaboration & Communication:
o Work closely within a multinational team, collaborating with various departments across the organization and engaging with external stakeholders
o Facilitate knowledge sharing via proper documentation and foster a culture of data-driven decision-making
o Communicate regulatory insights and updates to stakeholders.
Your profile
* Strong experience and expertise working with large datasets related to trading data
* Strong understanding of processes and systems, not just documentation
* Experience translating requirements into implementable solutions
* Works effectively with various stakeholders across the group
* Analytical mindset and structured thinking
* Interest in regulation, controls and data integrity
* Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is advantageous.
