Business Manager Growth Strategy & Commercial Analytics (m/f/d)

Your seat to fill:
1. Partner closely with the CEO, the strategy department and senior leadership to define and execute growth strategies across product categories and markets
2. Lead commercial performance analysis across retail, e-commerce, and wholesale channels
3. Develop and maintain executive dashboards tracking sales, margin, inventory, and promotional effectiveness
4. Conduct pricing and promotional impact analysis, variance tracking, and demand forecasting
5. Deliver competitor benchmarking and category insights to inform product and channel strategy
6. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams
7. Prepare board-level presentations and strategic memos
8. Identify and evaluate new growth opportunities, including geographic expansion, product innovation, and strategic partnerships
9. Drive continuous improvement in analytics tools, processes, and reporting standards
Your stroll to CYBEX:
10. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, or related field
11. Sound experience in top-tier strategy consulting and/or commercial analytics within consumer goods or retail, ideally combined with corporate strategy or project management experience
12. Proven experience working with C-suite stakeholders in a high-growth, multinational environment
13. Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and Excel
14. Deep understanding of consumer behavior, retail dynamics, and category management
15. Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, networked thinking and storytelling skills
16. Fluent in English; German is a plus
